We want to give away an intimate wedding
We are honored to offer a deserving couple the opportunity to celebrate an intimate wedding at Brookledge, a nature inspired venue located just outside of Saratoga Springs.
This thoughtfully curated experience is designed for gatherings of up to 50 guests and includes a collection of trusted vendors and meaningful details to create a memorable celebration.

The celebration will begin with a ceremony at the Brookledge Camp Chapel by Maria, followed by a dessert reception by Leah’s Cakery at the Fireside Pavilion. Guests will enjoy a relaxed and inviting atmosphere with a campfire, yard games, music by Party with Todd and time to mingle, along with beautiful photo opportunities with Rockwell Photography throughout the Brookledge grounds.
This experience is designed to be personal, elevated, and rooted in the natural beauty that makes Brookledge so special.
The value of this giveaway is over $10,500
This is more than a giveaway. It is an opportunity for a couple who truly deserves it to celebrate their love in a meaningful and beautiful way. If you would like to apply or nominate a deserving couple. Please complete the form below by April 20, 2026. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
Winner will be announced at the Brookledge Open House on May 3, 2026.

The wedding must take place in July or August of 2026
Available Sunday-Thursday based on venue availability

Terms and Conditions
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must not already be legally married
Limit of one entry per couple
Applications must be received by 12:00 PM April 20, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
Incomplete entries will not be considered
Intimate wedding will be held July or Augusts 2026 on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Not available on a Friday or Saturday. Date is based on Brookledge Venue’s availability.
No substitutions or cash value
Guest count cannot exceed 50
Prize is not transferrable
Package includes photography, Videography, officiant, music, cake for up to 50 guests, flowers up to $500, planning services, champagne for up to 50 guests, use of the Brookledge Pavilion, use of the Brookledge ceremony space, Brookledge parking lot, Brookledge bathhouses, hair for the couple
Package does not include lodging, getting ready suites, coordinating services, Brookledge drapery, Brookledge candles, make-up or any other services not listed in line 10.
Vendors subject to change based on availability
Brookledge is not liable for injury or damages.
If winner is not able to host wedding during July or August, the prize will be given to another winner. Wedding package cannot be for other months.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes
Winner will be chosen based on the couple’s story
If couple is not able to host their wedding in July or August, the prize will be forfeited and given to another couple.
